OVERVIEW

Large and small format displays saw a 21% sales increase vs. previous quarter.

Reseller Sales Points increased by 33% vs. previous quarter.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

OBJECTIVE

Aligning with the LGE Canada Business Solutions Team, our main objective was to increase channel sales of large and small format displays as well as to increase reseller sales points.

SOLUTION

To achieve this, Carnyx created the LG Channel E.D.G.E (Educate, Differentiate, Grow, Earn) Channel Promotion. 

This involved an integrated education, training, and sales performance incentive platform. 

 

Breaking down the marketing funnel, targeted and retargeted emails were sent to the existing LGE B2B Channel Partners and new high opportunity Resellers to garner awareness, with subsequent emails building trust and educating Partners

on how the program worked and it’s benefits.

 

A call-centre was utilized to drive program awareness, lead generation, and appointment setting for new high opportunity Resellers

 

In addition, digital advertising was used leveraging Channel Publications and IT Distributor websites to support broad based awareness of the program.

 

Lastly, a dedicated Channel EDGE microsite allowed Channel Partner Organizations to claim cash rebates for achieving specific sales performance benchmarks and Channel Partners Sales Reps to claim monetary rewards via a LG branded prepaid Visa Card for achieving specific sales performance benchmarks during the promotional period.  Additionally Sales Reps were also required to complete an product education and training module that they were also provided a monetary reward for.
